The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in end-to-end recruitment, excellent interpersonal skills, and outstanding attention to detail. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and onboarding. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and talent pipelines. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand departmental hiring needs.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of recruitment data and documentation. Prepare recruitment reports and analytics with precision and numerical accuracy. Minimum RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field. Experience: 3–5 years in a recruitment-focused HR role. Strong numerical aptitude with proven ability in recruitment data and reporting. Advanced computer literacy, including MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and HRIS systems. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies under tight deadlines. Preferred CompetenciesExperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS). Knowledge of psychometric testing or candidate assessment tools. Ability to manage recruitment for specialized or technical roles. Closing Date:
