Role Overview As National Construction Manager, you will lead the construction function across all Wolfbrook developments. This leadership role requires deep construction experience, people leadership and a commercial mindset. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, to the highest quality standards and always with safety as a top priority.

You will lead, support and grow a high-performing national construction team, work closely with internal teams including Development and Quantity Surveying. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership to the national construction team. Ensure all sites are delivered to agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards. Ensure all developments meet or exceed expectations of both homeowners and investor clients. Build a strong internal culture focused on safety, quality, accountability and continuous improvement. Lead by example to promote and enforce robust Health & Safety practices across all construction sites.

Partner with Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors to ensure coordination between planning, budget and on-site execution. Conduct regular site visits and project walk-throughs to uphold and assess build quality and compliance. Oversee and report on construction progress to the Executive Team with transparency and accuracy. Drive the adoption of new building technologies and methods that support continuous improvement and build efficiency. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, suppliers and regulatory bodies. Actively contribute as part of Wolfbrook's Leadership Team to broader business strategy and success.

About You Proven leadership experience in residential construction at a national or regional level. Exceptional understanding of the New Zealand construction environment, building codes, compliance requirements and project delivery. Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering projects on time and on budget. Passionate about delivering high-quality homes that meet client and investor expectations. Confident communicator with the ability to build effective working relationships across internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of modern building practices, new methodologies and an eye for process improvement. Committed to fostering a culture of safety and excellence.

Flexibility to travel regularly across New Zealand to ensure site performance and team support across regions. Qualifications & Experience 10+ years' experience in construction leadership roles, ideally in residential property development. Proven experience managing teams and projects across multiple regions.
