The Senior Financial Analyst plays a critical role in leading the financial management of Wolfe Heavy Equipment, while also supporting Parmerit Inc (an associate company). This position ensures accurate forecasting, budgeting, and cost analysis to drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. Acting as a key business partner across departments, the Senior Financial Analyst provides financial insights, monitors performance metrics, and upholds compliance with internal controls. Through strong analytical capabilities and cross-functional collaboration, this role contributes to daily success and long-term growth. Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead the financial management of our Wolfe Heavy Equipment division and assist with the same for Parmerit Inc. including forecasting, budgeting, and cost analysisOversee day-to-day administrative functions of both companiesMonitor and report on manufacturing performance metricsEnsure compliance with internal controls and corporate financial policiesAnalyze trends and variances to provide actionable insights to operations leadershipCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Engineering, Assembly, Procurement, Sales, Service and HRSupport strategic initiatives through detailed financial modeling and reportingKey Competencies and Behaviours: Delivers Business Results:
