该职位来源于猎聘 本岗位聚焦核心研发技术人才培养，配备完善职业通道、健全培养机制、大牛导师 1V1 带教。 岗位内容： 1、快速掌握公司领域专业知识与技能，逐步胜任技术结构设计、电磁设计、硬 / 软件设计、工艺等研发核心岗位。 2、熟悉公司产品及运作，参与实际项目与工作，将专业知识应用于实践。 任职要求： 1、本科、硕士学历，英语六级（刚需）。 2、经验不限（毕业1-3 年、25/26 届），机械类、电力电子类专业均可投递简历。 3、培训期间工作地点：绍兴上虞，后期可分配工作地点：北京、上海、浙江绍兴、河南南阳、山东济南、江苏淮安等。
