This role will be focused on supporting our People Technology function as we continue to optimize the advancement of our organization. We’re looking for business system analysts to help us scale Wolt + DoorDash’s enormous growth.

Come help shape a best in class People Technology team!About The RoleWe are looking for a Business System Analyst with demonstrated HRIS experience to assist with strategic initiatives across our organization. Experience with Workday HCM is preferable for this role. You will work cross-functionally to achieve business goals through system configuration, testing and documentation. As a Business System Analyst you will help deliver solutions to support business strategy, and assist in the implementation, maintenance and enhancement of people technology systems. Please note that this position is initially open through a 12-month contract.

What you’ll be doingPlay an integral role in the configuration, testing, support, and success of People Technology at DoorDash/Wolt as we grow our existing businesses and enter new verticals, and additional countriesWork to uncover underlying issues or business problems and turn those issues into solutionsIdentify, prioritize, and implement best practices from a solutions perspective based on gathered requirementsSupport system troubleshooting, configuration, testing, and deployment of assigned applications to meet requirements, timelines, and execution standardsSupport high-volume data loads via Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) templatesProvide global production analysis and support (break/fix analysis, reporting, business process administration, etc.

) Work closely with cross-functional teams to ascertain and maintain the best possible configuration solutionRigorously document system requirements and configuration to build operational excellenceEnsure data integrity by understanding and identifying opportunities to improve, working closely with cross-functional teamsTrain end-users and peers on new processes and functionality as neededOur humble expectationsYou have 1+ years of work experience in Workday maintenance/configuration, both domestic and international.
