Wolt Finance & Strategy team is responsible for accelerating the growth of our business by identifying and implementing new opportunities and solutions. We partner with teams across the company to improve the profitability, scalability and defensibility of our business model.

We’re looking to hire data driven analytical thinkers and strong executors who can model the future, solve complex problems and collaborate effectively to help carry projects from conception through execution. We are looking for someone who will help drive our strategy and execution in the North Europe Region covering 9 countries. You will be the financial business partner to key stakeholders across Wolt to ensure we are making the most efficient investment and capital allocation decisions while consistently improving the experience for all of our stakeholders.

You will support financial reporting, forecasting and planning, and will be expected to drive financial insights and suggest direction for all of our operational decisions and strategies. What you’ll be doingBe an important part of the North Europe Regional Team, acting as a finance go-to person for stakeholders across different functions and countries. Drive and develop Weekly business review process and management reporting.

Monitor financial performance and business metrics, provide commentary and recommendations, identify key opportunities & risks to the businessTrack and ensure execution of key initiatives improving profitability and efficiencyDrive and review investment proposals aiming at growthAnalyze large sets of data to support decisionsP&L forecasting and budgetingSet up and coordinate processes ensuring compliance and strengthening controlWorking closely with Country and Central teams and support with reports, analysis and insights.

Our humble expectationsBachelor or Masters degree in Business/Economics or related field3-5 years of experience in FP&A, Business Controlling, Commercial Finance or Consulting in a leading regional/global company working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to collaborate with cross-functional partners at all levels within an organizationProven success in project management, operational execution and managing budgets for major functional areas within an organizationAdvanced Excel & financial modeling skills.

Able to build robust financial models used by teams throughout the company, and to size the impacts of opportunities and business cases for pursuing new initiativesAble to analyze large data sets, uncover hidden insights and provide recommendationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishConsidered a plus:
