WonderWorks Pigeon Forge is looking for Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team! Our Food & Beverage Attendants strive to create a WONDERful dining experience for our guests! Food & Beverage Attendants take orders at the register, then prepare and fulfill orders for guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Responsibilities:
Positively welcome, greet, and engage with all guests in the café area Take and prepare orders for guests in a high-volume environmentOperate point-of-sale system to process guest ordersStock food and beverages according to FIFO methods and health codeEnsure all tables and seating areas are clean and the condiment area is stockedPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:
Excellent communication skills and customer service skillsObservational skills to ensure safe practices and recognize guest needsBasic mathematical skills, as needed to make changeAbility to stand or walk throughout the work area for prolonged periods Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 poundsAbility to work any shift including nights, weekends, holidays, and weather conditionsPrevious themed entertainment and restaurant experience is preferredJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, SeasonalWonderWorks is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
