Process Engineer

Job DescriptionTendrillWood is currently recruiting for a Process Engineer. ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:

To support the Lead Process Engineer in delivering projects for the offshore and onshore assets of BSP To prepare the process engineering deliverables such as PEFS (or P&ID), Cause and Effect Matrix (CEM), PFS, PSFS and Process Datasheets, To perform Process Calculations, Process Simulations and Reports before these are sent to Senior Process Engineer for checking To ensure that the deliverables are of the highest quality and are delivered based on schedule To help train Graduate Process Engineer Essential QUALIFICATIONS Competent in preparing PEFS (P&ID), CEM, PFS and PSFS, either creating a new one or modifying an existing drawing Knows how to develop Process Simulations (steady state and dynamic) using Hysys or Unisim with minimum supervision from Senior Process.

Skilled in preparing process calculations which include, but not limited to, hydraulic calculations, relief valve and control valve sizing, vessel sizing and process safety time determination with minimum supervision from Senior Process Engineer. Experienced in preparing process datasheets for pumps, compressor package, separators, knock-out drums, control valves, relief valves and other equipments and instruments. Experienced in preparing process reports such as Safeguarding Memorandum, Process Control Narrative, Relief, Flare and Vent Study Report.

Good communication skills and knows how to defend process design during review / challenge sessions Experienced with oil and gas upstream operations Be able to build mutually beneficial and productive working relationships with various stakeholders (Wood, BSP, other contractors, etc) Team player is able to stretch oneself to meet the objectives of the process engineering team Openness to take on adhoc assignments on top of of technical project work from time to time About UsWood is a global leader in consulting and engineering, helping to unlock solutions to critical challenges in energy and materials markets.
