You combine hands-on veneer parcel inspections and negotiations with a forward-looking view on availability, risk and long-term supply. In a relationship-driven market, you build sustainable, win-win partnerships with mills and traders — securing quality and continuity over short-term gains.Your impactSource veneer across the globe and manage the full buying flow end-to-end.Travel regularly (2–3 days/week) to inspect parcels and maintain strong supplier relationships.Anticipate market developments and translate insights into clear sourcing strategies.Make well-founded decisions that safeguard production continuity.Your profileProven experience in veneer, wood or another natural-product industry.Strong negotiator with a long-term partnership mindset.Analytical, decisive and highly reliable.Based anywhere in Europe and willing to travel frequently to Belgium (HQ) and suppliers.Fluent in English.Join a family-owned, international company where trust, ownership and long-term vision drive everything we do.Read the full description here.
