We’re on the hunt for a Region Director, ANZ to lead the regional commercial function, drive new enterprise partnerships, and guide a high-performing sales team. Based in Melbourne, this is an opportunity to take ownership of a key market, working closely with senior leadership while setting strategy, refining processes, and closing complex, high-value deals across the APAC region.

Own the regional commercial strategy and lead execution across Australia & APACCraft and implement an effective sales strategy that drives scalable growthBuild and manage a lean, high-performing sales team focused on impact and developmentSet and monitor KPIs that motivate and drive team success while also achieving personal targetsDevelop and close complex enterprise-level deals across long sales cyclesPresent and explain accurate sales forecasts to senior stakeholdersIdentify and expand partnerships with ticket providers, major events, and sporting organisationsLead strategic commercial negotiations and contract managementWork closely with the SLT on budget planning, strategy and growth alignmentDevelop OKR’s experience and other key tools to optimise sales performanceSolve client problems creatively and guide team members in effective deal executionRepresent the business across high-value negotiations with C-suite stakeholdersWhat do you need?7+ years in senior sales leadership roles, ideally in a high-growth or SaaS/marketplace environmentProven ability to lead and develop high-performing commercial teamsDeep understanding of the mechanics behind complex sales and enterprise-level partnershipsStrong commercial acumen and creativity in structuring scalable, profitable dealsDemonstrated experience crafting and delivering sales forecasts, KPIs and sales reportingTrack record of increasing reach with strategic partners and growing high-value client basesAbility to work autonomously while contributing meaningfully to the SLTExceptional communication skills and cross-functional collaborationOur client offers:
