Wordpress Developer ( Need to have experience in WordPress )

We are seeking a motivated WordPress Developer with 1 /1.5 years of experience in building and customizing WordPress websites. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in WordPress, front-end development, and a passion for delivering responsive, user-friendly websites.  Key Responsibilities Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins. Build engaging, responsive layouts using Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg, or similar page builders. Ensure websites meet cross-browser compatibility and web accessibility standards. Write clean, structured code using PHP and MySQL where required. Develop and customize WordPress plugins and widgets to enhance website functionality and user experience. Implement WordPress optimization best practices, including: Page speed optimization (Core Web Vitals, caching, CDN, lazy loading). Database optimization and cleanup. Image compression and responsive image handling. Script and CSS minification, reducing unused assets. Proper use of child themes and clean coding standards. Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO. Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members to deliver quality projects. Use Git for version control and manage project workflows. Ensure SEO-friendly structure (schema, metadata, heading structure). Maintain security best practices (updates, hardening, backups). Troubleshoot performance and technical issues. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 1/1.5 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development. Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, JAVASCRIPT and responsive design. Basic working knowledge of PHP and MySQL. Familiar with GTmetrix, Google PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse. Experience with Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg, or similar page builders. Knowledge of security and SEO best practices. Nice to Have: Experience with WooCommerce optimization. Familiarity with Figma/Adobe XD for design handoff. What We Offer: Working in a team environment where initiative and dedication are encouraged.An equal opportunity workplace that values diversity and does not discriminate.Periodic salary review and grading.Open an international work environment.Opportunities to work on diversified projects, broaden experience, and enhance professional growth.
