Through access to curated news, research, certifications, AI-supported tools, and peer-to-peer events, they help Compliance Officers stay informed, benchmark their programs, and elevate their impact.They’re now looking for a WordPress Specialist to take ownership of their digital ecosystem — ensuring their websites, email systems, and online tools run smoothly, securely, and efficiently.This role blends hands-on WordPress development and maintenance with general IT and web operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing complex, content-rich WordPress sites with learning modules, membership features, and integrations — while also handling the technical foundations that keep everything online and optimized.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites, including new builds, theme and plugin management, updates, and performance optimization. Ensure site reliability, responsiveness, and scalability, applying best practices in security and backup management. Implement and customize page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, or similar), and handle basic front-end adjustments (HTML, CSS, PHP) for layout and functionality improvements. Manage membership systems, LMS plugins (e.g., LearnDash, TutorLMS), and content access controls. Configure and monitor hosting environments, domains, and DNS records, including DKIM, SPF, and DMARC authentication. Administer Google Workspace (Gmail) — account management, permissions, and troubleshooting. Provide technical support for internal teams on web, email, and domain-related issues. Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align web functionality with business and user goals. Requirements3+ years of experience in WordPress Development, Web Administration, or Web Operations. Proven ability to build and maintain professional WordPress sites with structured content, course or event sections, and user management. Strong command of themes, plugins, page builders, and custom post types. Experience managing Google Workspace / Gmail Admin Console. Knowledge of DNS configuration, domain management, and hosting control panels (cPanel, Cloudflare, or similar). Familiarity with FTP/SFTP, MySQL, and troubleshooting common web issues. Understanding of website performance optimization, caching, and SEO fundamentals. Advanced English communication skills. Nice to HaveExperience with LMS or membership plugins (e.g., LearnDash, MemberPress). Familiarity with email deliverability optimization and web security best practices. Exposure to marketing or analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, etc.). Basic experience with automation scripts or CI/CD workflows. Experience deploying or maintaining sites on AWS Lightsail or DigitalOcean.
