This paid internship is designed for individuals who are looking to grow their skills, develop a well-rounded understanding of the industry, and lay the foundation for a successful career in luxury hospitality, with a possibility of permanent employment at the end of the program.The program is flexible: you can choose whether to commit to 6, 9, or 12 months, and express your preference about where you would like to complete your internship in Japan.Responsibilities:Job Rotation: Gain exposure to a variety of departments within hospitality, including guest services, operations, sales, and marketing.Project Involvement. Assist with key projects, from concept development to implementation.Customer Interaction: Support in delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining the high standards expected in hospitalityTeam Collaboration: Work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.Continuous Learning: Attend training sessions and participate in skill development opportunities to enhance your professional growth.Qualifications:Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in hospitality, business, Japanese-related field (required).Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to collaborate in a team environment.Experience: Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required.Attributes: A genuine passion for luxury service, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.Language Interest: Fluency in English is required; interest in Japan and business level Japanese proficiency is necessary, but Japanese language support is available for those who have not reached the appropriate level yet.
