Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Workday Extend Developer. The developer will design, build, and deploy Workday Extend applications to address complex business requirements. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, customizing Workday solutions, and ensuring a seamless integration with existing systems. The role also involves documenting system designs, performing code reviews, and troubleshooting issues to ensure high-quality deliverables. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Workday Extend and building Workday applicationsExperience with integration tools and APIs, including REST and SOAP web servicesFamiliarity with JavaScript, JSON, XSLT, or XML programming languagesAbility to analyze requirements, perform troubleshooting, and deliver high-quality solutionsExperience with Workday Studio, EIB, and other Workday-related toolsStrong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile development practicesExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teamsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Workday certification is a plusPrior experience in HRIS or enterprise application development is advantageous
