Our always-on learning agenda drives their continuous improvement through building and transferring digital skills, expertise, and ideas from our innovation ecosystem.Skills: A candidate with practical, hands-on experience and a proactive attitude towards directly engaging with systems to support business transformation is required.Should able to communicate in English and Japanese (Mandatory)Should possess knowledge on Japanese HR policies and processes (Mandatory)Proficient in analyzing and translating business requirements to technical/Functional requirementsHe will be involved in providing testing support for Integrations and support activities related to Workday Application Maintenance and SupportInterface with key stakeholders and apply their Workday HCM domain and technical proficiency across different stages of the project including Requirements Elicitation, Design, Build and Deployment of solutions.Experience: Possess 5 years or more experience in at least three Workday HCM Modules (Core HR, Compensation, Recruitment, Benefits, Talent Management, Payroll, Time & Absence/Adaptive)Possess more than 5 years of experience in Workday technologies - Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Advanced Report Writer, Cloud Connect (PICOF, PECI, CCW, CCB), Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, Calculated Fields, Custom fields, XML/XSLT, Studio, BIRT Reporting & data analyticsAt least 2 full cycle experience of Workday implementation or rollout projects.Strong experience with leading Workday Managed Services Program.Strong hands-on experience in analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of Workday HCM solutionsGood understanding of inbound outbound integrations and data flows with third party systemsExperience in postproduction support, including, but not limited to, researching, and resolving system problems, unexcepted results or process flaws. Recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet business objectivesMonitoring Daily support activities and ensuring the logged issues are resolved.
