Join our team and seize the extraordinary opportunity to influence the everyday!We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Workday HRIS professional who is passionate about enabling an excellent employee experience and fostering a winning culture through continuous development and improvement of our HRIS capabilities and processes.In this role, you will primarily focus on technical and operational support in Workday, while also participating in business and HR-related projects as a product advisor — ensuring that requirements are well captured, translated into system development, and that users are guided on how to best utilize the tool.Fiskars is currently undergoing a transformation journey, demerging two business areas and establishing new ways of working. Within the People, Process, and Systems function, we are redefining our operating model to strengthen collaboration, engagement, and prioritization — ensuring clear requirements management and improved ways of working.This role is preferably based in Espoo, Finland, and requires on-site presence according to Fiskars Group’s working policy.Key Responsibilities:System Management: Configure and manage Workday business processes, ensuring data integrity and accurate system content.Process Development: Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to align and translate requirements into effective Workday solutions.Data Management: Perform data entry, validation, clean-up, and quality monitoring to maintain accuracy and compliance.Organizational Updates: Manage organizational structures, create and maintain Supervisory Organizations, Cost Centers, and Locations, and handle mass data uploads (EIBs).User Support & Training: Provide system support, resolve HRIS-related issues, manage the HR support inbox, and deliver training and user guides for HR teams and managers.Reporting & Analytics: Support the development of HR reports, dashboards, and key metrics to enhance data-driven decision-making.This position requires strong analytical ability, stakeholder collaboration, and hands-on experience with Workday configuration and administration.What we are looking for: Relevant education and experience, demonstrating agility, analytical thinking, and a forward-looking approach to systems, processes, and people analytics.Hands-on experience in HRIS systems (preferably Workday) — including implementation, development, configuration, testing, and reporting.Understanding of core people processes and the ability to translate designed processes into system configurations and automation.Strong understanding of user experience and modern HR process design, with a focus on creating intuitive, user-centered HR tech solutions.Experience in HR reporting and analytics.Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, capturing business needs and translating them into Workday solutions.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency.Solid project management capabilities.Excellent skills in EnglishTo succeed in this role, you bring:A solution-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude and great attention to detail.Focus on scalable, root-cause solutions rather than quick fixes or deviations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent facilitation and stakeholder communication abilities.Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, enabling effective cross-cultural cooperation in a global matrix organization.Strategic thinking — the ability to plan, prioritize, and focus on activities that bring the most value and impact.Flexibility and adaptability to work in a changing environment.Perseverance (grit) and a high level of professional integrity.Last day of application:2025-12-30At Fiskars, we value providing benefits that matter to you and cater to our diverse global workforce, no matter where you are in the world.
