Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a Workday Integration to oversee the design, development, and deployment of Workday integrations as part of Workday implementation projects for clients. This role will be responsible for leading the integration workstream, ensuring successful integration of Workday with external systems such as HR, Finance, Payroll, Benefits, and third-party applications. As a key consultant, the Integration Lead will work closely with clients, functional teams, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and guide integration developers in delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure Workday integrations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Workday Studio, Workday Orchestrate, EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs, and enterprise integration design.Key ResponsibilitiesIntegration workstream in Workday implementation projects, working closely with client stakeholders to define integration requirements. Conduct integration discovery workshops to assess current systems, data flows, and integration requirements. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expertise on Workday integration best practices, architecture, and security. Guide clients on Workday integration capabilities, helping them make informed decisions on integration design and deployment strategies Design and oversee the implementation of Workday integrations, Oversee integration testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution, ensuring smooth go-live transition. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects in existing Workday integrations, ensuring stability and minimal disruption to business processes. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance in all Workday integrations.Work with third-party applications vendors to facilitate secure data exchange and automation. Maintain and improve integration documentation, technical specifications, and best practicesRequired Qualifications:relevant years of experience in Workday integration development and consulting.Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Workday Orchestrate, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs).Strong understanding of Workday security, business processes, and data structures.Proven ability to design scalable integration architectures for Workday implementations.Prior experience leading client-facing implementation projects and managing integration workstreams.Below are the minimum Required Relevant Experience for the role :2+ years for Analyst/Senior Analyst 5+ years for Specialist/Team Lead/Consultant
