Workday Payroll Manager Seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Manager with proven client-facing experience, ideally from another Workday partner environment. This role leads client relationships, ensures delivery excellence, and manages a global remote team of consultants supporting complex Workday Payroll implementations and post-production services across both U.S. and Canadian payroll operations.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary client advisor and advocate, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and delivery excellence.Manage multiple client portfolios across industries; scope, plan, and deliver projects on time and within budget.Provide strategic and functional expertise across Workday Payroll modules and integrations, including U.S. and Canadian payroll compliance.Oversee remote consulting teams, driving performance, development, and engagement.Support sales efforts through demos, scoping, and solution design; contribute to process and delivery optimization.Monitor KPIs such as utilization, SLAs, and client satisfaction, resolving escalations promptly.Qualifications:Workday Payroll Certified with 6+ years of consulting and implementation leadership experience.Hands-on experience with both U.S. and Canadian payroll configurations, taxation, accounting, and compliance.Deep knowledge of Payroll business processes, FLSA, EIB/data conversion, and Workday reporting.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
