We are pleased to be partnering with an international organisation to appoint a Workday Product Owner focused on Recruiting, Talent and Learning.This is an excellent opportunity to take clear ownership of specific Workday modules within a large and complex enterprise environment. You will serve as the product expert for Workday Recruiting, Learning, Talent and Performance, working closely with HR stakeholders to optimise functionality, improve user experience and support ongoing maturity across these domains.The organisation has grown through multiple operating entities and regions and Workday plays a key role in connecting the business. Workday supports more than 12,000 employees across Europe and has been live since 2019. The next phase of development is underway, including continued rollout of Learning, expansion of Recruiting in further regions and planning for Workday Skills in due course. Recruiting is a priority and there is a clear opportunity to rebuild and modernise the hiring process to deliver a more effective and consistent experience.You will join an in-house Workday team of 12 and work with external AMS support where needed. Your role will combine hands-on configuration, advisory support, ticket management and delivery of both enhancements and larger initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys focused module ownership and collaboration in a global environment where Workday is seen as a strategic platform.This is a permanent role based in Zurich with a requirement to be onsite at least three days per week. The position is open to Swiss and EU citizens.Workday Product Owner – Recruiting, Talent & Learning: Responsibilities and Experience:Act as the Workday product expert for Recruiting, Learning, Talent and PerformanceShape and execute the roadmap for these modules with a focus on adoption, stability and improvementManage run and change activity including ticket triage, prioritisation and deliveryMaintain clear and accurate functional specifications and documentationProvide guidance to HR stakeholders on Workday functionality and best practiceDeliver configuration changes and manage EIB data loads with strong focus on data qualityEnsure security, compliance and stable operation across supported Workday areasLead and support key improvements and enhancements from design through to deploymentStrong hands-on Workday experience across the relevant modules, particularly RecruitingExperience working in a complex international environment.
