Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Workday Specialist to join our HR Transformation Program. This is a high-impact role requiring deep functional expertise, strong HR process knowledge, and proven experience in leading Workday module delivery across the full implementation lifecycle. The role will work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure successful design, deployment, and adoption of Workday solutions.Key Responsibilities:System Administration & ConfigurationServe as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Workday HCM.Configure and maintain business processes, security roles, custom validations, and notifications.Support modules such as Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence, and Payroll.Manage Workday release updates — conduct impact analysis, regression testing, and deployment of new features.Reporting & AnalyticsBuild, maintain, and optimize Workday reports and dashboards to provide actionable HR insights.Develop custom fields and custom reports as required by stakeholders.Partner with HR leadership to provide analytics on headcount, attrition, compensation, and workforce planning.Data Integrity & ComplianceEnsure HR data accuracy through regular audits, validations, and reconciliations.Ensure Workday configurations align with Employment Act and PDPA.Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and controls.Integrations & Technical SupportSupport Workday integrations with internal and external systems (e.g., Strada Pay, Biometric & IdealPro).Utilize Workday tools such as EIB or Core Connectors for integrations and data loads.Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Workday Support or third-party vendors (if needed).Stakeholder Engagement & TrainingAct as the point of contact for HR and business users regarding Workday functionality and enhancements.Partner with HR process owners to assess requirements, propose solutions, and implement system changes.Conduct end-user training, prepare job aids, and improve system adoption across the organization.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.3-5 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM.Proven expertise in Workday configuration across multiple modules.Experience with Workday reporting, EIB and Core Connectors.Workday certification(s) in HCM, Reporting, or specific modules (Absence, Time Tracking, Learning, Recruiting, Talent) preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to translate business needs into system solutions.Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to learn new Workday functionalities.For more information about the Company, please visit our website at lhngroup.com.
