Workday Tester

Position: Workday Tester (with Boomi Integration Experience) Location: Australia Employment Type: Full-time / Contract (as applicable) Urgent RequirementJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Workday Tester with strong exposure to Workday integrations, ideally using Boomi or similar integration platforms. The candidate will be responsible for validating integration workflows, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting end-to-end testing across various Workday modules.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and execute test cases for Workday integrations (especially Boomi-based).Validate inbound and outbound data flows between Workday and third-party systems.Work closely with functional and technical teams to understand integration and business requirements.Conduct functional, regression, and system testing across Workday modules.Identify, document, and track defects using standard test management tools.Support UAT and production testing phases.Ensure adherence to data security and privacy standards during all test phases.Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 4+ years of experience in Workday testing, focusing on integrations.Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Studio, EIB, and Report Writer.Hands-on experience with Boomi or other integration platforms (MuleSoft, SnapLogic, etc.).Proficiency in XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST APIs, and file-based integrations.Experience with test management tools such as JIRA or HP ALM.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsWorkday certification in Integration or HCM.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Exposure to Workday Payroll, Benefits, or Finance modules.
