Every time you come to Louis Vuitton, you will leave feeling enriched!"Job responsibilitiesPurpose of the role:Support the delivery of service levels and productivity targets for all skills, working on real time and long-term action plansUnderstand our business drivers and levers in order to improve our efficiencyResponsibilities:Assist in creating monthly planning for Front Office teams to ensure optimal coverage for all markets, including daily reference taskSupport the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).Assist in producing and presenting daily, weekly, and monthly business reports and summaries about WFM KPIs and SLAsAssist in request managementProfileRequired skills:Bachelor or master’s internship. Internship agreement from school required. The internship is only possible with the internship agreement or a Belgian CIP agreement.Fluent in English, proficiency in other languages is a plusStrong analytical skills with attention to detailAdvanced MS Excel and Power Point skills & Power BI (PBI)Excellent communication skills and ability to multitaskCapacity to take ownership and follow up on projectsProactivity, creative problem-solving orientation, and data-driven decision-makingA highly motivated and inspirational team playerPrevious experience with Workforce Management solutions is a plusAbility to thrive in a diverse and international work environment, leveraging multicultural perspectives to enhance collaboration and innovation.Additional informationDiscover the vibrant work culture at LVSE!
