Manager of Global Contingent WorkforceThis is an exciting opportunity to join a leading global investment firm in an integral role. The Global CW Manager will lead the design, oversight, and continuous improvement of the organization’s global contingent workforce program. This role requires close collaboration across departments to drive consistency, efficiency, and alignment with broader business objectives. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in contingent workforce program management, vendor partnership management, and employment law compliance, along with strong relationship-building and communication skills.Responsibilities:Design and implement a comprehensive global contingent workforce program aligned with business priorities.Build and maintain strong governance frameworks for contingent workforce policies and processes, regularly evaluating and enhancing them as needed.Proactively identify opportunities to improve program efficiency, reduce costs, and support scalability.Define and track key performance metrics to measure program success.Lead global, cross-functional initiatives aimed at strengthening contingent workforce program effectiveness.Foster collaboration across departments to streamline workflows and support continuous program improvement.Utilize Workday and related technologies to support smooth onboarding, tracking, and offboarding of contingent workers.Develop a clear data strategy for collecting, managing, and analyzing contingent workforce insights to inform program decisions.Partner with business stakeholders and HR operations to build and maintain dashboards and reports reflecting cost, headcount, tenure, and compliance.Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all contingent workforce records.Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and international regulations governing contingent workers.Collaborate with Legal and business teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to contingent workforce practices.Provide training and guidance to managers and key stakeholders on contingent workforce policies, processes, and best practices.Requirements and Desired Experience:Bachelor’s degree required5+ years of experience managing contingent workforce programs.Demonstrated success in designing and executing effective contingent workforce strategies.Strong understanding of global employment laws and regulations governing contingent labor.Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analytics, with the ability to interpret insights and optimize workforce strategies.Proven leadership, project management, and problem-solving capabilities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Compensation (DOE): $140k - $175k annual base salary
