📢 We’re Hiring: Workforce Planner – Venray (with 1–2 days/week in Born & Heerlen)CEVA Logistics is expanding, and we’re looking for a Workforce Planner to join our team in Venray. In this role, you’ll help ensure that our logistics operations run smoothly by turning forecasts into effective workforce schedules, supporting up to 1,000 temporary workers across our sites in Born and Heerlen.What you’ll do:Build and manage 4–8 week workforce plansEnsure flexible staffing needs are met based on forecastsCollaborate closely with operations and staffing partnersAnalyze data to optimize future schedulesContribute to process improvements and planning system enhancementsYou’ll work in a supportive and collaborative team of planners and coordinators, within a dynamic environment that encourages growth, innovation, and continuous improvement.What you bring:MBO level 4 working/thinking levelStrong administrative, analytical, and communication skillsProficiency in Excel and comfort working with various systemsStress resilience, precision, and an assertive attitudeFlexibility to work staggered shifts (including occasional weekends)Fluency in EnglishAt CEVA Logistics, we believe our people drive our success.
