Tasks Detail:Prepare Induction session and trainings for company procedure orientation and /Gov. regulation.Handling all the employee grievances or complaints and see that employee issues are closed on time.Ensure that 90% of employees renew the contracts.Make sure that 90% of employees renew the contracts.Managing all employees issue to be addressed and handled within timeline.Handling all employees benefit and end of service and submit for releasing on time.Handling all employees contract status and renewal.follow up with employees contract renewal and make sure 90% of employees renew the contracts.Follow up with employees deployment and return to camp.Coordinate RM for (employees - client return, refuse to work).Contract Action updated in ERP.weekly Muqeem report Vs active employees to be submitted to Management.Handling IDLB Employees’ Salaries and all related.
