Global Learning Management System (LMS) ProjectSupport the project management team during the implementation Actively contribute to the Go-Live phase by helping execute the international communication strategyDevelop and enhance audience-specific training materials, presentations, and user guides to enable effective use of the LMS across global teamsEnsure quality and consistency of training formats and support content tailored to different user groups🔄 2. Company-Wide Change Management InitiativesSupport the planning and execution of communication and change activities within international transformation projectsCreate engaging content such as newsletters, intranet posts, visuals, and presentationsAssist with stakeholder mapping and change impact analysesConduct research on best practices and emerging trends in Change Management and Learning & Development🧩 General SupportProvide administrative and organizational support for both projectsAttend meetings, take minutes, and track action itemsCollaborate with cross-functional and international teams🎯 Your ProfileYou're curious, communicative, and ready to make an impact?
