Working Student - Marketing Design (m/f/d)

Who We Are Looking ForWe are seeking a dedicated, creative, and detail-oriented Working Student in Marketing Design to support our team in creating high-quality marketing assets.You are currently pursuing your master’s degree and have already completed your bachelor’s, looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing and design. The ideal candidate has a strong sense for visual communication, works reliably, and brings fresh ideas for our digital and print marketing materials. You will help us represent our brand externally - ranging from social media posts and flyers to presentations - without being directly involved in product design.We welcome applications for a working student position with a workload of 10-15 hours per week. This position is fully remote.Your missionMarketing assets: You design various marketing materials, including flyers, LinkedIn posts, presentations, and graphics, for both internal and external communications.Branding: You ensure that all designs are consistent with our corporate design and reflect our brand identity.Idea development: You actively participate in brainstorming and designing new marketing assets and implement them visually in line with company or client needs.Teamwork: You collaborate closely with our marketing team and support the implementation of communication initiatives.Organization: You structure your tasks independently and reliably meet deadlines.Your backgroundEducation: You have completed a bachelor’s degree and are currently enrolled in a master’s program (e.g., communication design, media design, marketing, or a related field).Design skills: You are experienced with common design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.) and have a good eye for layout, typography, and color. You have some familiarity with preparing print-ready materials (e.g., knowledge of bleed, crop marks, color profiles, resolution requirements, and file formats).Creativity: You enjoy developing new ideas, are open to feedback, and find solutions for tricky challenges.Self-management: You work in a structured and independent manner and actively contribute to the team.Communication skills: You can explain your design decisions clearly and are open to collaborating with colleagues from different departments.Passion for marketing: You are interested in current marketing trends and want to apply your creative skills in a targeted way.Why us?Top Tech company in Digital Health: A dynamic, high-growth environment where everyone in the team depends on each other's performance.
