By connecting parking, mobility, and proximity services for urban living, APCOA is positioned to become an integral part of the digital and physical Smart City ecosystem.To strengthen our team in Berlin, we are looking for Working Student - Product Manager (all genders).About The RoleIn this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in how digital products are developed, launched, and improved – supporting a product team that drives innovation in urban mobility.You’ll gain a behind-the-scenes view of product management and gradually take on more responsibilities as you learn. It’s the ideal opportunity to start your career in product with an international and forward-thinking team.What you'll doSupport the Product Managers in daily operations and cross-functional coordination . Own and update our product manuals, ensuring they are accurate, clear, and easy to use for both internal and external audiences. Grow into core product management tasks – defining features, collecting user feedback, and supporting releases. Learn the full product lifecycle – how ideas become features, how products are defined, built, and delivered, and how customer problems are solved in a real-word environment.What we are looking forYou’re currently enrolled in a German University (required). You’re based in the Berlin / Brandenburg area and can travel to the office one or two days per week. You have strong organisational skills, a structured approach, and great attention to detail. You enjoy working with digital and AI tools and are eager to learn new ones quickly. You’re proactive, reliable, and eager to learn by doing — aware that product management is as much about execution as it is about strategy. You have solid written and spoken English skills. You have a clear interest in product development and management, and see this role as a step toward your career in product.
