Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our software.As a Working Student in the Data Driven Manufacturing business line, you will join an organization comprised of Product Managers and DevOps Engineers dedicated to building the best data driven manufacturing solutions utilizing the powers of advanced analytics and AI for Siemens customers. In this role you will support the Product Management team in the conception of new solutions and applications with a focus on machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI)Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams on AI/ML, GenAI and Cloud to Edge projectsAssist in the development and testing of software applications using Python and JavaScriptPerform data analysis and offer creative solutions to technical challengesSupport project teams with preparation of reports and presentationsDocument work processes and present results to project teamsYour QualificationsYou are currently enrolled in a German University pursuing a degree in STEM, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with at least one year of studies remaining.Familiarity with concepts and practical usage in AI/ML and GenAI technologiesProficiency in programming languages: Python and JavaScriptBasic understanding of Cloud and Edge computing conceptsStrong creative thinking skills to develop innovative solutionsSkilled in preparing and delivering presentationsGood English skills, both written and spoken (German is a plus, but not required)What We OfferA mentor who supports and supervises you both professionally and personallyVarious benefits, including corporate discounts and a canteen in the officeA global and dynamic working environmentFlexible working hours and hybrid optionsWe are SiemensA collection of over 377,000 minds building the future, one day at a time in over 200 countries.
