Be part of the new movement and gain experience in a fast-growing scale-up!About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and creative Working Student in Event Organization to support the planning and execution of corporate events, team activities, trade fairs, and customer-facing gatherings.Your ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external events (e.g. trade shows, conferences, team-building events).Assist with event logistics including venue booking, catering, travel arrangements, materials preparation, and on-site coordination.Research and liaise with suppliers, venues, and service providers to obtain quotations and manage bookings.Help manage event budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare cost summaries.Contribute creative ideas to enhance event engagement and employee experience.Support post-event activities such as photo collection, feedback surveys, and summary reports.Maintain and update event calendars and communication materials (e.g. invitations, internal newsletters, and presentations).Your ProfileYou are currently enrolled in a university program (Business Administration, Event Management, Marketing, or related field).Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.Creativity and a strong sense of initiative in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); familiarity with Canva or other design tools is a plus.Fluent in English; German or other European languages are a plus.What We OfferA hands-on role with real impact in shaping memorable experiences for our team and partners.A collaborative, international work environment in the growing e-mobility industry.Flexible working hours to balance studies and work.Opportunity to gain experience in corporate communication and event management.Office located in the heart of Hamburg with hybrid work options.
