THE ROLEWe are looking for a new person to join our IT department adding some extra value. In this position, you’ll be responsible for supporting all employees with their daily IT requests, maintaining the office network, the company’s IT systems, and working on our self-defined Projects. As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for resolving any IT-related faults efficiently, including complex systems, and will also take over an important role in the IT department.THE ONSITE IT TEAMThe Onsite IT Team is responsible for all topics regarding the office and employees. One of our main focuses is to support everyone so they can deliver good work. WHAT YOU’LL DOEnsure day-to-day IT operations for our colleagues in Berlin, Zürich and remote workMake sure that our office network runs smoothlyAssist with hardware problems and orders (incl. desktop/laptop systems, printers, phones)Maintain and improve Google Workspace infrastructureDefine and document best practicesConduct onboarding for new joiners: You’ll make sure that our new employees will have a good start, feeling welcome since their very first dayManage Licenses and SaaSCreate and maintain automationsTaking care of daily IT requests and providing support for our employeesWorking on projects within the IT support area, while bringing in your own ideas to improve the whole IT experienceWHAT YOU'LL BRINGCurrently enrolled as a student in a relevant IT-related programPrevious experience in IT Administration or similarGood knowledge of Windows and MacOSUnderstanding of networks and WifiHands-on experience in installing IT hardware and softwareGood communication skills and experience in supporting employees with IT problemsPositive and self-motivated individual who can complete tasks independently while working well in a team and enjoys helping others naturallyFluent in verbal and written EnglishBonus: Good in verbal and written GermanWHY JOIN US?
