Title: Workplace CoordinatorLocation: LA, California,Purpose of the Meeting:To discuss and provide details on a confidential production office support role at the Coffee Building in Los Angeles. The role is a replacement position for an employee exiting mid-December, with an anticipated start date of early January.Role Overview:Type: Onsite, 8:30/9:00 AM – 5:00/5:30 PM, Monday–FridayLocation: Los Angeles, Coffee Building (supporting production offices)Focus Areas:Visitor/guest experience and workplace culture.Office production support, logistics, and light reception duties.Partnering with Studio Management Services.Event support logistics (not planning; setup and coordination assistance).Requirements:Strong interpersonal and hospitality-focused soft skills.Ability to work autonomously in a distributed office environment.Experience with office production environments or small production offices preferred.Familiarity with ticketing software (Desk, JIRA) and project management tools (Asana, Google Suite) is a plus.Spanish language skills are optional.Candidate Profile:Agile, adaptable, and self-motivated.Comfortable with hands-on, operational support tasks (“jack-of-all-trades” mindset).Able to prioritize tasks effectively and interact with office stakeholders.Mid-level experience acceptable; number of years less important than mindset and fit.Team & Environment:The office supports roughly 200 employees across 2.5 floors; 100–150 are typically onsite on key days.Quiet production environment over the holiday period; onboarding timing is considered important.Compensation:Pay range: $26 hour on w2
