该职位来源于猎聘 AREAS of RESPONSIBILITIES and related ACTIVITES: Daily Admin Operation WorkOffice employees in and out supportCollaborate with other departmentsWorkplace facilities operations & Incidents support.Company activities support.Assist in administrative work for service awards, sports, healthcare activities, gifts, food, and fleet, etc.Assist in WIP visit and China Board team activity supportMeeting rooms booking and coordinationDaily office expense application and ordering, relevant bill review, and payment preparation Reception ManagementVisitor reception in a professional & friendly mannerAnswer and transfer incoming calls and emailsComplete other tasks assigned by line manager or companyOffice entry card, biz card & employee badges recording and managementSPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE/Competency: Office skill Communication Fluent English both written and oral Result & detail oriented  Customer service mindset  Accountability and responsibility 职责范围及相关活动: 日常行政运营工作办公室员工进出支持与其他部门协作工作场所设施运营及事件支持公司活动支持协助处理服务奖励、体育、医疗活动、礼品、餐饮和车队等行政工作协助支持在制品访问和中国董事会团队活动会议室预订及协调日常办公费用申请及订购、相关账单审核及付款准备 接待管理以专业友好的方式接待访客接听并转接来电和电子邮件完成部门经理或公司安排的其他任务办公室门禁卡、名片及员工工牌的记录和管理 具体知识/能力:  办公技能  沟通能力  流利的英语书面和口头表达能力  结果导向和细节导向  客户服务意识  责任心
