Antalpha offers Bitcoin supply chain and margin loans through the Antalpha Prime technology platform, which allows customers to originate and manage their digital asset loans, as well as monitor collateral positions with near real-time data.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Workplace Manager who’s passionate about creating efficient, inspiring, and well-run work environments.You’ll oversee our offices across Singapore, Hong Kong, Mainland China, and the United States, ensuring our teams have the space, tools, and support they need to do their best work.Reporting to the HR Director, you’ll manage all office administration and workplace operations, from policies and budgets to people and facilities. While you’ll also oversee our Singapore-based office support staff (including cleaners and facilities vendors), most of your time will be spent shaping smooth, connected operations across regions — helping Antalpha’s teams stay productive and engaged around the world.What You’ll DoLead and guide regional office admin teams to deliver excellent workplace experiences.Oversee daily operations, facilities, space planning, and vendor partnerships.Supervise Singapore-based office support staff and ensure smooth facility upkeep.Manage office budgets, procurement, and vendor contracts responsibly and transparently.Develop and align workplace standards across global offices, ensuring compliance with local laws.Partner with HR, IT, and Finance to coordinate onboarding, events, and cross-office initiatives.Drive improvements that enhance collaboration, sustainability, and employee experience.What We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in workplace, office administration, or operations management, ideally across multiple regions.Strong leadership in managing administrative and facilities teams.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Hands-on, people-first approach to office management and operations.Background in financial services or technology companies is a plus.Why Join UsYou’ll be at the heart of how Antalpha operates — building connected, functional, and inspiring workplaces that bring people together.
