About The RoleWe’re looking for a Workplace & Talent Coordinator to help shape the next chapter of our People function.This role combines office management, recruitment coordination, and people operations. You’ll create a welcoming, efficient workplace for our Berlin team while supporting our hiring processes in partnership with our Head of People & Culture. If you’re someone who loves creating structure, enjoys building relationships, and is energized by improving processes, this could be the perfect next step in your career.What You’ll Be DoingWorkplace & Office Management (50%)Own the day-to-day experience of our Berlin office — ensuring it’s welcoming, well-run, and high-functioning.Manage vendors, supplies, maintenance, and equipment needs with attention to detail.Coordinate team events, offsites, and in-office activities; manage associated budgets.Support onsite team members, including leadership, with logistics and operational needs.Talent Acquisition Coordination (30%)Partner closely with the Head of People & Culture to run our hiring processes.Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.Help with light sourcing for select roles (e.g., identifying potential candidates, crafting outreach messages).Conduct initial screenings and support hiring managers in early-stage assessments.Maintain structure and consistency across our recruiting workflows and documentation.People & Culture Support (20%)Support onboarding for new team members, especially in Berlin.Contribute to People Ops projects including employer branding, process improvements, and culture initiatives.Help build foundational People practices as we scale — from hiring guidelines to employee experience programs.What You’ll Need To Succeed At This RoleHave 1–2+ years experience in office management, people ops, talent coordination, or a related field.Are fluent in English and German.Love staying organized and keeping things running smoothly — you enjoy being the operational backbone of a team.Are energized by mixing coordination tasks with project ownership.Communicate clearly and kindly, and enjoy supporting both candidates and colleagues.Thrive in a hybrid, international environment with friendly, specialized teammates.Are proactive, resourceful, and comfortable owning processes end-to-end.Want a role where you can grow — whether toward People Ops, Talent Acquisition, or Workplace Management.What We'll Offer YouHybrid work model with 4 days/week onsite in our Berlin office.Competitive salary, meaningful scope, and real growth.Inclusive, collaborative culture where your impact matters.About UsAt UXCam, we provide product analytics without the complexity.
