Join our passionate and dedicated teams who are shaping the future of sound!Main ResponsibilitiesWorkplace Strategy & Experience:Develop and implement a long-term workplace strategy aligned with company values. Manage the reorganization and optimization of workplace environments to accommodate growth. Oversee the design, digitalization, and homogenization of workplace experiences across all sites. Lead transformation projects, including the refurbishment of communal spaces and creating a cohesive experience for employees and visitors. Travel ManagementFormulate and oversee the group's travel strategy. Ensure effective execution and alignment of travel policies across the organization. Collaborate with various teams to ensure travel strategies support business goals. Team LeadershipManage and develop a team focused on workplace and travel experiences. Foster a collaborative environment within the team and with other departments such as HR, Sales, and Education. Promote a human-centered approach, ensuring employee satisfaction and well-being. Project ManagementDrive transformation projects, particularly in workplace optimization and digitalization. Align workplace initiatives with the company's strategic roadmap. Manage budgets and ensure project milestones are met. Collaboration & CommunicationWork closely with the HR team to integrate workplace strategies with HR processes. Coordinate with the Real Estate department to ensure the alignment of physical spaces with company growth. Facilitate effective communication within the team and across the organization. QualificationsProven experience in managing workplace environments and travel strategies, ideally within a multi-site setup.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team.Excellent project management skills, with a track record of driving and implementing transformation projects.Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.Experience with digital tools and platforms to enhance workplace and travel management.Additional InformationThis is a newly created role within the group, reflecting a strategic shift to enhance workplace and travel experiences.The position offers a unique opportunity to shape and develop practices that align with L-Acoustics' values and growth objectives.The role involves significant travel to ensure alignment and implementation across different sites.Join our passionate and dedicated teams who are shaping the future of sound!
