He/she monitors quality, safety, and compliance with technical drawings and specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise site construction and geotechnical activities (foundations, poles, access roads, etc.).Ensure works comply with project specifications and safety standards.Control materials and equipment used on site.Prepare site progress reports and ensure coordination with electrical teams.Support the Project Director in planning and progress monitoring.Skills And CompetenciesStrong knowledge of civil works related to electrification projects.Ability to interpret technical plans and drawings.Teamwork and field supervision skills.Familiarity with HSE and quality assurance practices.
