Technical Engineers are responsible for leading all site’s Workshop activities, which includes Heavy Machinery, Sales and Logistics Vehicles. Must have the expertise in driving execution excellence by ensuring the mandated compliance and regulations, high quality standards, cost optimization, timeline and ensuring consistent delivery and uninterrupted operation due to the vehicle and machinery availability across Farms, sales and distribution. Has the ability to manage the team of 25+. The value of the assets to be handled over 50Mn AED with the annual spare parts 10Mn AED. Qualified in Workshop, Mechanical, Electrical, etc., Able to lead in perform, dismantling, cleaning, inspection, repair, and assembly of equipment, components, and engines., includes all the Farm machineries like Tractors, Loaders of various make including John Deere, CAT, JCB, VOLVO, MAN, MERCEDEZ, etc.,Able to lead in Utilizing a systematic approach and diagnostic tools (including PC-based systems) to identify and resolve complex faults.Ensuring all work meets required standards and is completed at a high level of quality. Overseeing the day-to-day operations, planning, and optimizing workflows to ensure efficient service delivery.Achieve monthly & annual Spent Vs. budget.Timeline charters. - Plan Vs ActualAchieve on-time delivery rate of 95%+.Quality deliverables as measured by the Internal Customer satisfaction and meeting the essential spec.100% active update on mandate compliances.Ensuring 100% of company owned vehicle operation with optimal cost Minimal down timeSpare parts optimization
