If you are a Workshop & Inhouse Project Lead he/she is responsible for day to day running of engineering workshop to support the plants in fabrication of machine parts, repairs, and maintenance as well as improvement & inhouse cost reduction projects then this role is just for you!What Will Your Main Responsibilities BeRead engineering drawings and manufacture or fabricate parts accordingly.

Review samples, drawings, or instructions to understand specifications of output. Understanding and able to apply precision & accuracy on parts. Take measurements and mark material for cutting or shaping. Plan the sequence of necessary actions for the completion of a job. Maintain workstation safe, clean, organized, and compliant. Perform all work in compliance with all safety rules and regulations in the workshop environment. Must be familiar with the use of a variety of machine tool attachments or related equipment for Lathe and milling machine to perform precision machine work. Maintain equipment through preventive maintenance schedule.

Maintain professional level of organization with high attention to detail and quality. Extensive familiarity with CNC programs for Lathe and Milling machine. Clearly communicate with management, internal customers, and co-workers;Perform basic maintenance and repairs. Monitor and control progress of jobs to ensure tasks are completed in line with estimated time. Monitor and inspect all jobs in progress at key stages and prior to delivery; ensure all findings are adequately recorded. What You Need To SucceedExperiences & Qualifications National Diploma in General Mechanics, Industrial MechanicsArc or Tig Welding, Machine Shop and manufacturing experience is highly appreciated.
