For this role, we are looking for a local designer, ideally full-time.You will be in charge of...Dive deep into client requirements and craft customized design solutionsTransform research and workshop feedback into actionable concepts, space plans, and moreDevelop designs that seamlessly integrate our clients' brand and visionProduce floor plans, furniture budgets, sketches, mood boards, and 3D rendersAdjust designs based on client feedback to ensure satisfactionPrepare presentations throughout our project phasesParticipate in lead meetings, assess potential client spaces, and strengthen relationshipsHandle sourcing of FF&E and curate materials & finishes for client review and approvalWhat skills & experience are important for this position?Your profileYou’re knowledgeable about interior construction materials and processesEducational Background: A degree in Interior Design or ArchitectureExperience: Demonstrated experience in interior design with an innovative problem-solving approachTechnical Proficiency: Familiarity with interior construction materials and processesLanguage Skills: Fluent in English, and ideally Dutch and/or French Detail-Oriented: A meticulous approach with a structured workflowAdaptable: Quick to pick up new tools and technologies and adapt to challengesTeam Player: A collaborator who thrives in a diverse, dynamic settingGrowth-Oriented: Hungry for knowledge and constant improvementLocation: Must have a valid work permit for BelgiumExtra points if You’ve worked on commercial projects (ideally office fit-outs, design & build)You’re able to create 3D renders and are fluent in SketchUp the Adobe Suite (PS, ID, AI)Why join us?We're on a mission to create a better world, one workspace at a time.
