Join us!What The Information Technology Department Does At WorldwideThe IT department is made up of seasoned professionals united in one common goal: to keep Worldwide’s technical infrastructure operating at the highest levels for our employees and our customers. We are a global team comprised of numerous professionals including cyber security, artificial intelligence, IT helpdesk, application support, and more.

What You Will Do Load Operating systems to Worldwide laptops using SCCM and other alternative tools Maintain an accurate register of hardware and software assets both in stock and in use by Worldwide employeesEnsure that all equipment is correctly identified and taggedStay up-to-date with hardware and software changes that could impact the systems and their operation by Worldwide employeesShip IT equipment to remote users and track shipmentsTroubleshoot computer problems, and implement appropriate action/solutionsSupport, examine, and repair computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripheralsCoordinate hardware repairs with the appropriate vendorsFollow up processes and procedures setup within the IT Support DepartmentAnswer the helpdesk emails received from usersHelp Worldwide employees set-up their equipment and troubleshoot any issuesFollow up on incidents and user requests and closure within SLA timeframesComplete form processing/data entry in a timely and accurate mannerWhat You Will Bring To The RoleAttention to detail is a mustExperience with setup, diagnostic and troubleshooting of laptops, workstations, printers, scanners, copiers, etcGhosting & synchronization software an advantageMicrosoft operating systems (MS Office 365) and other software applications such antivirus, remote support tools, Adobe, etcActive Directory, Microsoft Exchange Excellent interpersonal skillsYour ExperienceExcellent command of written/oral English (technical)1 to 3+ years technical experience including extensive customer service experienceExcellent analytical and consultative/customer serviceWe love knowing that someone is going to have a better life because of the work we do.
