SummaryThe Procurement Manager plays a critical role in supporting our mission-critical data center initiatives by managing the sourcing and logistics of equipment.

This individual will work closely with strategic vendors, internal teams, and executive leadership to ensure procurement efforts are aligned with project timelines, budgets, and organizational goals. The role involves overseeing supply chain operations, developing financial models, and providing analytical insights to guide purchasing decisions. ResponsibilitiesPartner with key vendors to ensure their products and services align with WWMC’s operational priorities and standards. Act as a representative of WWMC in external meetings and negotiations with vendors and business leaders. Oversee the status of outstanding orders and coordinate delivery timelines for owner-supplied equipment.

Work cross-functionally with the finance and construction teams to generate purchase orders, implement changes, and manage spend within approved budgets. Monitor and interpret pricing shifts and market indicators that influence current and future equipment sourcing strategies. Support the sourcing and onboarding of new vendors to expand procurement capabilities. Lead the negotiation and execution of key documents, including non-disclosure agreements and master supply contracts. Contribute to the development and refinement of long-range procurement strategies. Build and maintain pricing models, cost reports, and financial analyses. Prepare and deliver custom analytical insights to internal teams and executive leadership.

RequirementsBachelor’s degree required Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, construction, or project management within the data center industry Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with advanced data modeling and analysis skills Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities with minimal supervision Strong analytical thinker with excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail Self-motivated team player with effective written and verbal communication abilities
