Support the ongoing plant debottlenecking and revampprojects. Carry out job training for the local engineers. Support implementation of new technologies. Review and improve the existing processes andstandards. Support in carrying out our RCAs and investigation andenhance OQ RCAs facilitators.

Participates in Risk Assessment/HAZOP studies for anymodification of existing facilities/plants. Carry out classroom knowledge sharing sessions for thelocal engineers. Support to improve MOCs functions reviews andproviding proper cost estimation and engineeringpackages.
