As their Social Media Manager, you'll work closely with the Creative Director to bring engaging, educational, and scroll-stopping content to life, across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. This is a hands-on role where you’ll own the full content lifecycle, from concept and creation through to scheduling, publishing and performance optimisation.

Owning the full content lifecycle, from concept to creation, scheduling and optimisationShooting, editing and producing video and visual assets (Reels, tutorials, BTS, Stories)Managing and executing Meta ads (audience targeting, campaign setup, performance)Leading in-house and on-location shootsKeeping the content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, launches and eventsEngaging daily with the online communityCapturing content at events, workshops and salon education sessionsYou’re probably a match if you: Live and breathe social media trends, storytelling and visual creativityCan build and optimise Meta campaigns (Facebook/Instagram ads)Are confident shooting and editing video (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, etc.
)Experience owning the full content lifecycle, from creation to optimisationExperienced with planning and collaboration tools (e. g.
