We are looking for a Growth Analyst who will contribute to the overall success of our products. You will join an outgoing and expanding team that monitors and evaluates web analytics dashboards and reports, and recommends improvements in the product to drive growth and better engagement. You will be responsible for performing A/B experiments with all marketing channels – email campaigns, social media posts, etc.
At the same time, your tasks will include creating regular reports to keep track of growth experiments and channel performance, analyzing all analytics tools data, and creating marketing campaigns to drive growth in terms of user acquisition and retention. We’d expect you to try various channels for organic growth, bringing in innovative ideas and discovering new opportunities for increasing traffic as well as retention. ResponsibilitiesThis role involves:
Managing our Stripe Radar including analyzing and adjusting fraud levels and Radar rules and block thresholdsAnalyzing user $, average spend, as well as user behavior, purchase behavior, retention metrics, and lifetime valueCohort analysis and segmentation to identify trends and opportunitiesBuilding and maintaining reports and dashboards across analytics platforms such as GA4, Mixpanel, and Stripe to track performance and growth KPIsCreating and analyzing A/B tests and experiments using tools like Google Optimize to optimize conversion rates and user experienceCollaborating with the marketing team to support user acquisition strategies across SEO, email marketing, and social mediaAssisting in the development and optimization of landing pages to improve user conversion and engagementImplementing and maintaining tracking plans to ensure accurate data collection across web and mobile platformsSupporting the integration and optimization of marketing automation tools with analytics systemProviding actionable insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams to support product and marketing decisionsContinuously monitoring and optimizing SEO performance using Google Search Console and other SEO toolsStaying current on growth trends, tools, and best practices in analytics, marketing, and conversion optimizationQualificationsEssential attributes and experience required:
