This key role sits within a growing team and will play a vital part in unlocking insights from customer and subscription data. The focus is on driving smarter marketing decisions through improved access to, integration of, and interpretation of consumer data.
You'll be responsible for understanding how the company's marketing and commercial initiatives perform and turning fragmented data into actionable insights around renewals, subscriptions, and customer acquisition. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, marketing performance, and CRM intelligence. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop clear, usable datasets to answer strategic questions from leadership (e. g.
, “How is a new partnership performing in terms of renewals or customer growth?”)Work closely with CRM, billing, and sales systems (Salesforce, Iterable, billing platform) to consolidate and clean customer and subscription dataPartner with the marketing team to help define what data truly moves the needle – particularly around renewals and new customer acquisitionBuild foundational reporting and dashboards using SQL and Snowflake to enable self-service insights for stakeholdersIdentify inconsistencies across systems and work toward a single source of truth for consumer and performance dataProvide mentorship and support to two junior analysts within the teamTech Stack & ToolsSQL (Advanced)Snowflake (Must-have)Salesforce CRMIterableBilling platforms (custom / internal)Experience integrating and reconciling data across multiple systemsWhat We're Looking ForStrong experience as a data analyst, ideally in a subscription-based or consumer-facing businessProven ability to translate ambiguous business questions into data requirements and deliver clear, actionable insightsComfortable navigating messy data and working across multiple systems with inconsistent logicCollaborative mindset – able to work with marketing, commercial, and technical teamsExperience working in hybrid setups with partial in-office presenceBonus Experience (Nice to Have)Experience in B2B2C models or partnership-driven channels (e.
