What You'll DoProvides excellent customer service to guests; respond to guest inquiries in a courteous mannerImmediately reports any incidents or claims to GM or AGMCommunicates effectively and demonstrates good customer service skills to residents, guests, vendors and other staff membersIdentifies and clarifies the residents' needs and desires.
