This global role is focused on controlling accounts receivable, driving operational excellence, and supporting transformation initiatives across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have strong finance expertise, experience in international environments, and the ability to collaborate with regional CFOs and cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesControl accounts receivable at a global level, providing both tactical and strategic operational guidance to achieve OTC cash targets. Conduct global cash analysis and report outcomes to regional CFOs, acting as a trusted advisor for business decisions. Perform results analysis, root cause analysis, and KPI/target setting to drive awareness and continuous operational improvement. Support OTC projects as the global subject matter expert, offering guidance and expertise. Proactively drive transformation, process improvement, and standardization initiatives. Review, maintain, and improve current policies related to accounts receivable processes and ensure compliance. Support accuracy and design of WW AR Dashboard Design and implement new AR KPIs, including cash forecast accuracy, TWC, and DSO, ensuring governance of data accuracy and proper reporting platforms. Position RequirementsMinimum 3–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or OTC finance. SAP experience required; Power BI and VBA at intermediate level are a plus, Advanced Microsoft Office skills FPA previous experience is a big plus Strong understanding of OTC processes and ability to drive improvements. Effective written and oral communication in English (mandatory); Spanish or other languages are a plus. Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate team activities and set strategic and operational goals. Logical approach to problem-solving, strong analytical skills, and ability to work under challenging environments. Excellent communication and presentation skills for collaboration with GEO CFOs and cross-functional teams.
