Position: X++ Senior Developer – Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 F&O)Experience: 5+ years in D365 F&O development in service-based organizations Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and customize D365 F&O modules (manpower, drivers, housing, etc.)Build integrations with HR, Payroll, and B2C systems using OData, REST APIs, Power PlatformTroubleshoot performance and code issuesCollaborate with functional teams to convert business needs into technical solutionsEnsure code quality, version control, and best-practice developmentMicrosoft Certified: D365 Finance & Operations Apps Developer AssociateMandatory Technical SkillsStrong expertise in X++, C#, Azure DevOpsHands-on development experience in D365 F&O customizations and integrationsSolid knowledge of D365 data model, extensibility patterns, API developmentExperience in complex, highly customized environmentsStrong understanding of system integrations & performance optimizationTeam-based delivery mindset (not isolated development)Azure DevOps (backlog, test cases)Agile / ScrumReporting: Management Reporter, Power BI
