Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and strategic B2B Partnership & Referral Manager to lead our partner acquisition, onboarding, and relationship management efforts. In this role, you will identify and cultivate high-impact B2B partnerships and referral networks that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You’ll play a critical role in expanding XBO.

com’s footprint through collaborative, long-term partner relationships. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute partnership strategies to attract, onboard, and retain B2B partners and referral affiliates. Build and manage relationships with key partners, including institutional clients, affiliates, fintech platforms, and agencies. Collaborate with internal teams to design and optimize partnership models, commission structures, and joint marketing initiatives. Monitor and report on partnership performance, providing insights to maximize engagement and ROI. Identify new partnership opportunities through market research and industry networking. Negotiate contracts and agreements in alignment with company goals and legal standards.

Support integration processes and ensure seamless partner onboarding experiences. Qualifications3+ years of experience in partnership management, B2B sales, or affiliate marketing—preferably in fintech, crypto, or SaaS. Strong understanding of referral programs, B2B lead generation, and performance-driven partnership models. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-starter with a strategic mindset and data-driven approach. Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, legal, product, and sales teams.
